We serve

These are tender times to be alive, and many women are feeling the strain — holding so much, caring so much, and often putting themselves last.
Our Happiness, Storytelling and Wellbeing workshops offer a gentle space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what keeps you well.
Through story, mindfulness, and shared laughter, we remember that happiness and resilience are not luxuries, but vital nourishment for everyday life

Our Track Record

Why this Work Matters

We’re living through turbulent times — from the cost-of-living crisis to fears about climate change and the uncertainty of world events. Many of us, especially women, are feeling stretched and anxious about what lies ahead.
A King’s College London study found that “three in five Britons (60 %) say the cost-of-living crisis is harming their mental health,” and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy reported that 80 % of women say it’s worsening their wellbeing. (kcl.ac.uk, bacp.co.uk)

At the same time, the Royal College of Psychiatrists warns that climate anxiety and global instability are increasingly affecting people’s mental health, linking them to rising levels of stress, low mood, and helplessness. (rcpsych.ac.uk)
Through mindfulness, story, laughter, creativity, and gentle coaching, we help people find steadiness and meaning again — reconnecting with joy, community, and a sense of possibility.
Our Happiness, Storytelling & Wellbeing workshops offer a calm, inclusive space to restore what’s often forgotten: that happiness and resilience are not luxuries, but essentials for living well in uncertain times.
